I was in to test drive a Ridgeline in mid April. About a week and half later I called looking for the salesperson who I had worked with and they were no longer with the company. Within about an hour Bill provided me a competitive price over the phone. More importantly was his follow up. Three days later Bill reached out to me and we finalized the vehicle that I wanted and the price. The Ridgeline was ready the next day for pickup. The FOLLOWING day, Sunday, Bill sent me a thank you note and asked if there was anything he could do. Being in sales, follow up is key for me.
