We made the decision to purchase before Christmas (due to a bad driving experience of my wife's on the hills in Easton in the snow) on kind of short notice and I was out of town. I contacted Gil via e-mail and my wife went in for a test drive and evaluation of her trade in. Gil and I negotiated the deal via phone and e-mail, again all while I was out of town. The negotiations were proefessional and fair and they offered us a great price on the CRV and we got a very good price for our trade-in. The credit application through Clinton Honda's web site was quick and easy as well. I was back in town two days later and the delivery process was as smooth and professional as the sale had been. In addtion I was not made aware about the dispostion fee, which the other dealership told me there was none, considering both leases were under the same Honda Finacne Trust - I do't understand why one dealership tells me there is a charge and the other Honda dealership there is none = very confusing to the ordinary person like me and feel there is no one we can turn too for the right answer. I had an email confirming my lease payments and no more fees. I know next time that it's best to get the quote and all of the small details ironed out before committing. More
