The 2014 is the third vehicle my wife and I have purchased at Clinton Honda and I suspect we will be buying there again in the future. Everyone we have dealt with at the dealership, the people at the service desk, reception and sales have always been helpful and friendly. The one thing I apprciate is there is no pressure, no hard sell, buying a car is such a major financial decision and the people at the dealership help make the experience a positive one. More

I only have one suggestion: When we picked up our new CRV, it was dark and raining. The car was in the garage on the east side of the building. The garage was not that well lit and our vehicle is black. It would have been helpful if the car was parked in a well-lit spot so we could view it better before we took delivery. Plus, we had to walk through the rain twice; once to inspect and then to leave. A small, well-lit area, attached to the building would be a nice way to show someone their new vehicle! Overall, Charlie and Patrick were great and we'll definitely come back for our next car. More

During that time the car was sold. Scott, on the other hand engaged me. He had seen me at the dealership on several occasions. He showed us a number of cars and was patient as we went through the selection process. I saw a car online I was interested in and called Scott about it. He got the car from the detailing facility and had it there waiting for us. It never even was on the lot. Scott was effective at getting the sale closed while being polite and not pushy. At the end of the day there were a couple problems to be worked out and he was effective at working thorugh those issues. More
