Car maintenance I took my Acura in for an oil change and tire rotation as I had a complimentary oil change as I purchased this car there. I was told from the associa I took my Acura in for an oil change and tire rotation as I had a complimentary oil change as I purchased this car there. I was told from the associate at check in that it would take an hour. After waiting one hour and 45 minutes, I asked the same associate what the status of my car was. She asked who I was (as she forgot) and told me that she would get back to me. I added that I don't understand why it is taking so long for an oil change and tire rotation. She never got back to me. I was going to wait until they told me that the car was ready. Finally, after 2 hours, a male associate told me that the car was ready. I was happy when he said that they wouldn't charge me for the tire rotation as it took so long. More
