I'm still mulling over my experience. It started off decent enough; however, I'm not a fan of the back and forth, numbers game. It's just old and not the best use of people's time. Act in good faith, with integrity, and people will return. I did paperwork and returned 4 days later to pick up my car. To my surprise, it was not ready. The inspection wasn't complete. That of course was not disclosed until I finalized all the paperwork. There's no reason that my car should not have been ready. I found that to be completely unacceptable. Lastly, the car was not gassed up. Ever "gave me his word" that he would have it filled up when I brought it in for my first oil change. Why not just take the car around back and fill it up?! I didn't feel that I was treated like a valued customer. More

I had an appointment at 8am and they opened the garage bay doors promptly at 8am. The guy checked me in and went over what they would do to the car and asked if I wanted a car wash. He also told me about the time it would take and he was around that time. He asked if we wanted to use the shuttle to go anywhere and we kindly declined. We sat down in the waiting room and about 1 hour and half he came to get me and showed my what they did on a piece of paper and asked if I had questions or concerns. He then made sure he said how long to wait before my next oil change and opened my car door for me and said to have a nice day and see me soon. More
