Overall, I would recommend them. My last service appoint though was terrible. I called days ahead of time and explained the services I would need performed and they said no problem, My last service appoint though was terrible. I called days ahead of time and explained the services I would need performed and they said no problem, I would be waiting at the dealership for my vehicle. Upon arrival I discussed with the tech exactly what was being done to the car. Three hours later the tech came out and said they were not going to have time to get to 2 of the services on the car only the oil change and wiper blades due to time constraints and that I’d have to make another appointment. When I cashed out they informed me a new switch was installed that I didn’t ask for and we didn’t talk about because it wasn’t broken or malfunctioning when I brought my vehicle in. So they drove my car back in the shop, ripped the new switch out, put my old switch back in (left the trim piece sticking up, I had to snap it in place), and brought my car back out to me. Four hours and 10 minutes later I left the dealership with an oil change and new wiper blades. More
