John Wigger reached out to me about my service review and wanted to make things right. We scheduled another service visit. I took in today and they replaced ABS rear wheel sensor at no cost for the inconvenience of the first service. I had the other sensor replaced in 2019 with them. They didn’t have to do that , but they did. This is the type of organization I like doing business with. Thank you Coastal Kia service department. Excellent Service!!!
