The number to call to set up an appointment sends you to a person who either doesn't know how to interact with people or doesn't understand the service appointment system. She could not find any record I had EVER brought the car in for service (I have been there about 5 times in two years), nor could she call up a record of a service one week earlier. So she could not see if my parts (for a recall, and no parts for it?!?) had arrived after the previous service was not successful for the recalls. OK, I like the guys at the service desk, they are competent and friendly. But I didn't get a call that my car was done and so after waiting I tried to call and see if it was done, again the receptionist on the phone didn't know and couldn't get me to a phone that answered. So I took a chance and caught a ride to the dealer, fortunately the car was done. I have had long time excellent service elsewhere for other cars, this doesn't match. I like the Kia Niro I own, and believe that dealer service is the way to go during warranty period, but there is only one Kia dealer in town. And so I will return. More

Very quick service and very thoughtful of my time frame. I needed an appointment that fit my schedule. The service department accommodated me and had my car serviced within an hour. The service department has always been very easy to deal with and performed my service right the first time. On the down side, the sales department is always calling to try and sell me a new car. I have asked not to be called because I love my Kia and do not want to trade it in. When I went in for my service, a sales person came into the waiting area to try to get me to trade my car for a new one. Sales department is obviously under high pressure to sell. This has never happened before. Just let me have my car serviced without pressure to make a purchase. More
