Appointment scheduled for 9:30am. They had in book for 12:30. Showed email confirmation without acknowledgment of their mistake. I waited until 4pm to get car! No offer to give loaner car, nothing. They could have admitted to mistake & got me in not instead I kept saying this is not my fault without resolution. Also told need brakes in future. Ask cost & was told $350. Estimate ended up being $1558.40! More

Costal KIA Service Department has been on top of things since I bought my vehicle. I have pretty much have had a pleasure to meet most of the service advisors. Sam has been my go to personas far as my ve since I bought my vehicle. I have pretty much have had a pleasure to meet most of the service advisors. Sam has been my go to personas far as my vehicle goes and pretty much trust his judgment. My vehicle is at 100,000 plus miles pretty good judgment Sam.
