Very pleasant people, but handicapped by Kia corporate thievery. I was outraged by the cost estimate for changing four (4!) spark plugs as part of the 60,000 mile service, until it was ranked as "fair" c thievery. I was outraged by the cost estimate for changing four (4!) spark plugs as part of the 60,000 mile service, until it was ranked as "fair" compared with other dealerships. Of course, since the same spark plugs cost over the counter only about a quarter of what Kia charges, it's just another example of the outrageous price gouging that Kia seems to practice everywhere! The best that can be said is that the folks at Coastal Kia are not quite the total crooks that other dealerships have proven to be! More

I took my Kia for recall. I told the service tech on the phone that my ABS light was on. I assumed the recall would take care of it.
