The service department is excellent. Pricing is a little high, but the staff is very helpful and always accommodates requests and are very thorough. We visited Kia's service department due to an air bag light, that was on for a while. No other shop could figure out the reason why it was on. I was hesitant to get any services done at the dealership, b light, that was on for a while. No other shop could figure out the reason why it was on. I was hesitant to get any services done at the dealership, because I always was told it cost much more. Thankfully my repair was covered under extended warranty, however, after comparing listed prices, they are very competitively priced. Sam handled/oversaw the work being done on my car. I was very pleased with his level of customer service. More
