Took my Kia for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated but was charged for it. When I called about John asked me how I know this. I told him I travel 40 miles to work everyday and I frequent not rotated but was charged for it. When I called about John asked me how I know this. I told him I travel 40 miles to work everyday and I frequently check the tire pressure. My tires were in the same place on the car as when I brought it in. He said he didn't understand how I knew this and that most people wouldn't even notice this. After that comment, it makes me question the work they did. The oil was changed but I had my car picked up for the rotation again and to check to make sure the actually replaced the air cabin filter. More
