Fantastic Servie Bob Tomlin is amazing! He has definitely made me a customer for life. He handled my service and repair like a true professional. He discussed with me Bob Tomlin is amazing! He discussed with me everything that needed to be done to my vehicle without condescending to "the little woman" which is pet peeve of mine. When the problem persisted after a few trips back to the service department he ensured that the repair was covered by the service department for the inconvenience. I work in sales and I truly appreciate that level of dedication to customer service. By the way, I love Bob and Kelly, the courtesy shuttle drivers. They are always one of the highlights of my visits to the service department. More

I called Kia yesterday and spoke with this gentleman about my check engine light being on he scheduled me an appointment to come in at 2:30PM so I went all the way to Wilmington which is 55 minutes away about my check engine light being on he scheduled me an appointment to come in at 2:30PM so I went all the way to Wilmington which is 55 minutes away from my house to get my car looked at. He came back and told me there was an evap problem but it would be fine to drive. He said he had ordered the part and it would take approximately two days and they would call me to come in and it will take about an hour to fix. Yesterday afternoon I went to go fill my car with gas and there is an issue where my car is not accepting fuel as I’m pumping gas it is pouring back out of my gas tank. I’ve tried to contact the Kia dealer today and they said that they are unable to get me a rental because they don’t have power due to the recent Hurricane however if my car would’ve been serviced properly yesterday they would have discovered the issue and I would not be without a vehicle and no way to get it serviced or to get a rental. More
