Good. The only thing was they drained my battery and had to jump start it for me to leave. Bob talked me through what was needed and discussed the process with me as well as going over a few other things. They're always helpful in keeping me informed of the services required for my warranty and keeping me on track but they don't pester or try to put in a bunch of unneeded servicing. My other friend Bob was there as well, willing as always to run me to Ollies while I waited. It was good catching up since I hadn't seen him in a while. The service and family atmosphere at Coastal Kia can't be beat. In the 3 years I've been dealing with them I've come to consider many there as friends...... Which helps soften the blow when paying for car services, lol. That being said, I still came out cheaper than what we had anticipated. Pandemic not withstanding it was good to see "the family".
