Coastal Kia SErvice Dept Bob and Sam are personable but professional. They go over what the service will cover and the estimated price, keep you updated on the progress of the Bob and Sam are personable but professional. The waiting area is comfortable with snacks, coffee and drinks. There is an area that you can work with electrical receptacles and wifi. They treat me like family. To add to the service, if Pat Kabola, owner is in the area, he greets you and talks to you like family. I have used several service departments in several cities and by far Coastal Kia is the best.
