This was my first visit to the service department. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Howard who was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he would do for the 8000 mile warranty and how long it would take. I took the shuttle with David who was pleasant and a great addition to your team! He was prompt and very informative. When the car was ready I received a call from Sam. He explained everything and because I have a maintenance agreement contacted the company to insure coverage for the service. I can't say enough good about your team!
