Very welcoming service team! I came in for a recall on my Sorento. I got there about 15 minutes before my appointment. They said the wait would be about 2 hours... I was out of there in an hour 🎉 I love this service department. I also like the waiting area. There are so many different seating options. They have complimentary drinks, snacks, and Car Wash! I also live in Jacksonville so that says A LOT right there 😉 More

I was just there, Tuesday, and after updates being performed and paying my $151.20 bill, the highway warning light an alarm came on again this morning. I feel unsafe in my car every time I see the warning and hear the alarm. It’s just inconceivable to me that no solution can be found by the Kia professionals. More
