The website lists 15 inch original equipment tires that the dealership does not have, but I was informed that they were the wrong tires as obviously they only have the 16 inch alternate replacement tires. the dealership does not have, but I was informed that they were the wrong tires as obviously they only have the 16 inch alternate replacement tires. The ride home was rough as the tires were inflated to 35-40 psi. I had to deflate them to the sticker pressure of 26 for the front & 29 for the back. The ride is smooth now. Three of the tires were over one year old with mfg date of 3522 (last week of August 2022). That is probably the reason they were on sale. I do not put many miles in this truck so that is one less year I will be able to get out of these tires. More

After service was completed and car was picked up, I noticed the backup camera and hands-free buttons for calling were no longer working. After 3 days and 2 trips back, it still was never resolved, and noticed the backup camera and hands-free buttons for calling were no longer working. After 3 days and 2 trips back, it still was never resolved, and of course was told this problem was not caused by the recent repair session. I was advised to take it back to the installer of the radio only to find the cover for the ODBC connector was not put back on the connector after diagnostics was performed. That was just lazy not putting the cover back on, as that cover was used to connect and complete the circuit and cost me several trips and time off that could have been avoided if the car was returned in the same condition as when worked on. They were apologetic but obviously was discounted because they did not touch that. It's like getting air in your tires and not putting the cap back on the valve. I will still continue to use the service but will not let it go as easy next time. The service writer was accommodating, but just because you think you didn't do something, doesn't mean your actions did not cause it, especially when the hardware worked just hours prior to the work being done. That's all I can say. More
