The car was not brought to me. I had to walk a long way in the cold to it. They perform good service, but plan to wait. Figure on 2 hours for an oil change. If you book service for issues (they do not take appointments for basic service like oil changes), plan to have Figure on 2 hours for an oil change. If you book service for issues (they do not take appointments for basic service like oil changes), plan to have a way to get home. Even booking on line for having a loaner car is worthless. They do not have enough loaners and you will not get one. I was told that the on line system does not reserve a car, and they only have around 20 loaners. They likely do over 100 services a day, so it’s not likely to get one. They do good work, but it is not convenient. Buy your car from them as I have for 3 vehicles, but find another place for service. More
