I went in for a tire change that took 5 hours. Raven got me a shuttle so I could go a mile down the road to finish errands and be picked back up. I waited 2 hours for a pick up with 5 calls back for a pickup only to get Brent finally who was a help and got me returned back to Toyota. Raven only used the call center when actually the driver was there asking when I was needing to be picked up. She actually knew I needed to get back. Raven, take lessons on customer service from Brent. This was not how return business is done. Maybe I need to start using again Nalley for my Toyota service. More

I am a third generation Toyota owner and always bring my car to your establishment for service. However, this is the first time that I was disappointed in the service. I came in on Friday at 11:35 am for an car to your establishment for service. However, this is the first time that I was disappointed in the service. I came in on Friday at 11:35 am for an oil change and taillight replacement. I did not get checked out until 1:38 pm. When I texted the service representative, Katie Fuller at 1:00 pm asking how long it would because I had an appointment, she said she would check. I When I got up to leave, I saw my car sitting in the parking lot completed. The service representative had gone to lunch and failed to tell me that my car was ready. I thank David Cobb for finding my invoice and checking me out. More
