Cobb County Toyota - Service Center

Service is always great and my husband was with me during this service visit for the first time in the four years of owning my 4Runner! I don't enjoy waiting, but it is what it is and I am glad they provide this service visit for the first time in the four years of owning my 4Runner! I don't enjoy waiting, but it is what it is and I am glad they provide an area of desks where I can get some work completed while I wait. The wait just goes to show how good their service is due to how many people trust CCT with their vehicles! My husband is now looking at trading his non-Toyota truck in for a new Tundra! He wants to come to the Toyota family now! More

Great service. The time to wait was a bit longer than I expected. I made an appointment for 7:50AM, arrived at 8:10AM and got my car back at almost 11:50AM or so. They were super busy and the lounge was nicely appointed, so I didn't mind waiting so much, but this is something that should be addressed. More
