David Cobb gave me a detailed description of exactly what they would be doing. He answered every question and kept me in the loop. I knew at 60K miles my front disc brakes would probably need replacement an they would be doing. He answered every question and kept me in the loop. There were only two cars, mine being one of them and 5 Toyota employees standing in the service center and no one acknowledged me (I was standing next to my car) for what seemed like a long time. Finally someone walked over to where I was standing. To be honest I almost drove away. Once checked in, everything went smoothly, but this is an area you need to improve. More

I brought a 2014 4Runner in for a break job and alignment. They installed a cabin air filter before receiving authorization to do so. The labor charge for the filter was $37. It takes less than alignment. They installed a cabin air filter before receiving authorization to do so. The labor charge for the filter was $37. It takes less than 5 minutes to replace the filter. Assuming a 5 minute task, this comes to a labor rate of $444/hour. Ridiculous. More
