It would have been great, but i specifically made this for getting the 2nd key fob that was missing. I even asked when i made the apt if that was enough time. I was insured it was. I went in for an oil change and they of course tried to get me to pay for a nail in a tire, but there was NOT a nail. I took my car over to discount and it was a piece of metal and the guy just pulled it o get me to pay for a nail in a tire, but there was NOT a nail. I took my car over to discount and it was a piece of metal and the guy just pulled it out and didn't charge my anything. Toyota was going to charge me $45 to plug something that was NOT there. SHAME ON YOU!!!! Also- they said that I needed a cabin filter and engine filter. I said no thanks because I can change it myself. I had my brother change both of them and he pulled out the engine filter and he said it looks like toyota NEVER changed them even though I have paid them to change them out multiple times. Toyota this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! More

Communication was horrendous. First of all the dealership called me that morning to see if I could bring my car up there for service..Went in for a simple oil change and a check First of all the dealership called me that morning to see if I could bring my car up there for service..Went in for a simple oil change and a check on a recall. What was supposed to take two hours max. My service advisor seemed uninterested in helping me, even at the start. never even acknowledged me and my wife's standing next to him. Obviously Waiting for him to ask if He could help. Or that he would just be a moment.. Neither of that occurred.. So we got these service ticket written up.. When I. Tried Later to find out if my vehicle was ready They said my adviser was on the phone and he would call me right back.. Waited over an hour and still no word. Tried to call back again still Could not get to him. Someone else picked up the phone and said they could not help me only He could since he was my advisor. I asked to speak to a manager.. Some lady picked up the phone and said she would get it taken care of.. She didn't. I call back again just to find out that my service advisor had left for the day.. Apparently the car I brought in that morning at 9 AM Friday morning. was not going to be returned to me until after the weekend. Finally I got somebody to tell me that I could pick the car up at four p m that day.. Which I did. But before I left I asked to speak to the manager. He was very helpful and told me that all that they had to do was look it up on the computer.. I told him I already knew that.. His staff was simply too lazy to do so.. The manager told me that he was going to review my phone calls. I hope he does. It was really sad.Not sure if I will return to them for service. certainly not worth the trouble.. Definitely do not recommend them. I thought a lot more of Toyota prior to that day. More
