I just went for a tire rotation. They said it would be about an hour which was fine because I figured it would take a while. It was only about 30 minutes and we were ready to go. The drop off time and appointment is not accurate. Additionally while waiting in line a different service adviser tried to help me, then he pushed me back over to Carlos (with whom I had the appointm Additionally while waiting in line a different service adviser tried to help me, then he pushed me back over to Carlos (with whom I had the appointment) however Carlos already had a line of people 2 deep at his desk? What was more frustrating was while I waoted I watched the same person take care of 2 more people. Finally, I paid ~$375 for 30K mile service, but found no finger smudges on the air filter box or really anywhere besides the oil cap. There was plenty of dust on the engine but no immediate signs that someone checked all the things that were listed. More
