I dropped of my car at 7:45am and was given an estimated time of 11:00 am for the 30,000 mile service to be completed. At about 1:00 I called to find out when my car would be ready. The call was forwarded to another agent that would call me back. I got that call at about 3:30 pm saying the car was ready. When I picked up the car at about 4:15 pm, I let the agent know I was not pleased with the car being ready so much later than I had expected. I took my vehicle in for routine oil change service, and noticed the following week that there was an unexplained issue of a small metal piece missing from the area left of the steering wheel. I tool the car back and spoke to the service manager about it, but was told I had to pay for the repair, because he didn’t know what caused the problem. I decided to go back and speak with the General Manager, Joel Treiger. He was very understanding and offered to split the cost for the repair. I felt that was fair and he exemplified excellent customer service in resolving the issue. More
