I loved the sales person we bought the car from. I am really unsure about service department. Right now I can't rate them well. I had an appointment for 5000 mile service. I was told it was a little over really unsure about service department. Right now I can't rate them well. I had an appointment for 5000 mile service. I was told it was a little over an hour wait. I am at two hours now and no car. I am seriously rethinking whether we will continue with their service department after our maintenance year is up. Allegedly, our receipt got misplaced by another employee. Mr. Cooper said he would investigate. If my husband hadn't gone to check on car we would still be there. More

I discovered (to my dismay) that this defect (defect is my description since I have no culpability in the cause of the leak and Toyota has issued a Technical Service Bulletin on this issue) is not covered past 36k miles or 3 years. Repair cost is $600 ($150 for the part and $450 for installation). I expressed to Cobb Co Toyota that this did not seem like a fair deal and expressed my dissatisfaction. The service manager (Todd) called Toyota (on my behalf) and they were willing to offer "Good Will" and pay for the part ($150 of the $600). I was not happy/excited/satisfied with this resolution and conveyed this to Todd. He responded that "personally" he did not think I was appreciative of Toyota's "Good Will" offer and that he was considering rescinding the offer so that he could use with another customer (and notified me that he checked my customer records to review my purchase history with their service dept!) Really?? He advised that the next steps for me was to contact Toyota Corporate. Well...2 case numbers and 3 days later (basically, a waste of time) Toyota informed me that once the dealership had received a Good Will offer they could not offer additional help. Prior to calling Toyota Corporate, I specifically had asked Todd if there was even a chance that Toyota would provide additional help. He responded yes. Evidently, he was misinformed on Toyota's policies. After this resolution, I called Todd and let him know that after exhausting all measures, my decision was to go ahead and repair the light. He said he would "reluctantly" not rescind the $150 Good Will offer from Toyota and "personally" was "disappointed" that I was not satisfied with his willingness "to go to bat" for me. Personally he was disappointed that I was only coming back to him after exhausting all measures. In the future, Cobb Co Toyota can use the "Good Will" on a more valued customer who is excited and thankful to pay $450 of a $600 charge for a Toyota defect. More

I had the worst ser This review about the kennesaw Toyota car care service only. On October 2019, I had an appointment for my car tires installation. I had the worst service I have ever got in my entire life. My service person wants to offer me wheel alignment in addition to 4 tires ; As soon as I refused he got aggravated and told me exact word by quote, " hit the road". I brought this up to service manger and He said he will take care of that matters. I have not got any follow up or anything . I must say sales department of this facility is way above and beyond , ie, I bought 3 cars so far from them . Manny and Jason are the best sales guys. However, their car care professional and car care manager needs to act together because service is the most important part of the business. This incident haunt me so much that I have decided not to do any business with Toyota car dealer in Kennesaw Cobb anymore. If there is 0 star , this car care professional deserve one. More

The Collision Center Estimator took seven days to email the claims department the correct information. My vehicle is 18 years old so I assume that my Lexus SUV was not important to them. I would never recommend this facility to any one because of my experience with Cobb County Collision. More
In and out in less than 30 minutes! I was in the area last Friday, knowing I was close to needing 10,000 mile service, so drove in without appointment just to see what the wait would be. I was in the area last Friday, knowing I was close to needing 10,000 mile service, so drove in without appointment just to see what the wait would be. Greeted immediately, checked in, handed over the keys and sat down in the waiting area. 25 minutes pass and I get a text, and an e-mail that my car was finished! Oil change, tire rotation and inspection, all completed. Got my keys from the cashier and was on my way. This is the second time so far using their service department, and had a similar experience the first time. And after having experienced a nightmare at CCT's neighbor (F--D!) two weeks prior, this experience shows it can be done. Why all other dealer service departments can't figure this out is mind boggling! Keep up the good work and dedication to customer satisfaction, Cobb County Toyota! More
Drove it there still cant drive it I drove my car to cobb collision for body repair and a little over a week after them having my car they called to tell me my car would not crank. I w I drove my car to cobb collision for body repair and a little over a week after them having my car they called to tell me my car would not crank. I was told it was the battery then the alternator. After finding that was not the problem it went to the service center they could not find what was wrong so they had to take my motor apart to tell me my pistons had corrosion on them and that is why my car wont crank. MY cars engine is now in parts because they want to charge me 3800.00 to fix it. After having 2 different mechanics look at my car after it left the dealership both said the pistons is not why my car wont crank and that they can put it back together but cant guarantee it will crank because they are not sure what happen to it. My car was not knocking nor smoking had no problems when i drove it there. I also spoke to another body shop and they said if my battery cable was not taken off when they welded my side panel bumper back on they body shop may has burnt my computer in my car up. The GM of Cobb Toyota was not helpful nor was the manager of the service center in fact they were very condescending towards me. I know the problem happen while in the body shop they did something to my car and will not own up to it nor try to find out what really happen. So since 12-14-2018 i have been without my car a car that was in great condition for a 2014 Camry. More

Need customer service training We purchased our 5 vehicle from this location a few months ago. We received numerous voicemails and a postcard, all reminding us of our free 6 month service. Each reminder whether the postcard or the voicemails, stated to contact them to make an appointment. So I called and the first person I encountered was a woman answering the phone that when I told her I needed the service department, she transferred me. Okay, it would have been nice to say, let me transfer you or something equivalent. Then I get a man on the phone. I tell him why I am calling and he says, we don't do appointments for that. Bye. I said, wait a minute! Why am I getting multiple things saying I need to call for an appointment if you don't do appointments? He says, I don't know what you got. You just need to come down here and wait. And then he hung up. It wasn't so much the things he said, or even that he abruptly hung up. We have used this dealership and service dept for 20+ years. But these folks really could use a course on phone courtesy. Because if I hadn't used it for so long, and was a new customer, I would be going elsewhere. More
