Friendly, hassle-free experience buying a used car We'd been looking for a used Sienna for months, and despite trips to a few other dealerships in the area, hadn't found the right deal. Near the end of May we saw one listed at a great price at Colonial Chevrolet. We met with Joe Pellegrini, and he was just great: friendly, respectful, direct. He even played with our son while we were in the finance office signing the paperwork with Shaune (who was also friendly and not typical of finance people we've worked with in the past). The car had just been traded in, and so needed a little work, including fixing a power sliding door. Colonial took care of all of it before we took delivery, also installing new tires and cleaning it from top to bottom. It's three years old but looks brand-new. After some bad experiences with other dealerships in the past, I wasn't looking forward to getting back into the market, but buying from Colonial was a pleasure. I'd definitely recommend contacting this dealership, and Joe in particular, to anybody shopping for a car. More

Be sure to ask for him when you visit. I felt uncomfortably pressured by Shaune to buy the extended warranty after we agreed on a price and payment options. The additional warranty would have increased my monthly payment beyond what I wanted to pay. More
