They know that I can not stand the "what can we do to get you in this car today" because my standard response is nothing and I leave. Dealing with the Luke and Shuane team is like dealing with friends, they are incredible personal and know what it takes to get a deal made. I will be back for the next round and will do this all over again without hesitation. I felt most of them wanted to play games and didn't really want to sell me a truck. Then I came across Colonial Chevy and they had the truck I wanted and it turned out they were amazing to deal with. Dan Cluff was super quick to respond to emails and get me pricing on in stock vehicles. This alone got me in the dealership. Dan set me up with Joe Pellegrini as my salesman. Joe had a great way about him that my wife and I really liked. He wasn't high pressure but definitely wanted to sell me a truck. Their price they gave me on the truck was great right from the start! None of the running back and forth to another office that so many dealerships pull. We made the deal quickly and overall I couldn't recommend the dealership and specifically Joe Pellegrini enough. I am going to send all my family and friends to Joe in the future. Joe went over everything on the truck with me and has been there to answer any questions I have had even after the sale of my truck. Both before and after delivery he took the time to answer all my questions and provided helpful tips regarding the features on my vehicles. The entire purchase process went so smoothly. He took care of every detail and I was able to take delivery the very same day as my purchase. Shaun Conway got me a great rate and was very informative about the financing process. I usually hate talking with the finance people but Shaun was very easy to deal with. He worked quickly to make sure I could drive home with my new vehicle the same day. How you are treated goes a long way in my opinion and that is one reason I continue to be a loyal Colonial customer. I have to add Kudos to the service department as well. Once again, nothing but friendly, helpful people who get the job done right. They pay attention to my concerns and work hard to make the correct diagnosis so I never spend money for unnecessary work. MY NEW 2015 SILVERADO I'm 68 yrs old and have bought a few new cars in my life and have never really been fond of the experience for various reasons. My 2002 Silverado had 316,000 miles on it and because of my work commute, our travels to our retirement home in DownEast Maine and the fact that the truck was getting tired my wife and I felt we had to bite the bullet and purchase a new vehicle. Rather than type a small book, in brief I would like to say that we have never had such a pleasant, positive, professional vehicle buying experience in our life as at Colonial!!
