Special thanks to Frank Gordon and Michael Sparks. I had a Kia and the lease was up in February. I started the process to replace with Kia and that didn’t work so well, apparently my credit score had s I had a Kia and the lease was up in February. I started the process to replace with Kia and that didn’t work so well, apparently my credit score had slipped with a recent home mortgage modification. Kia indicated I could not qualify for a lease. I had past history with Colonial a number of years ago and with my recent experience with them I shouldn’t have ever left. From the start of the process with Colonial everything was positive, I learned it’s not just your credit score you need to look at the bigger picture and the sale’s folks did just that. They even took the Kia in trade and that alone covered my last month’s payment with Kia not to mention that uncomfortable meeting that would have been required on my part in early February when I would have returned the vehicle. Now I have a new lease on the 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. Special thanks should go to Frank Gordon and Sales Manager Michael Sparks. P.S. Best Car Shopping Experience I Have Ever Had I have poor credit and was turned down before by many dealerships. Dan chatted with me on the website and said that he could try to get me approved fo I have poor credit and was turned down before by many dealerships. Dan chatted with me on the website and said that he could try to get me approved for a car with out me having to drive the half hour distance. He sent me text messages and had me take a picture of my pay stub. That was extremely convenient because I didn't get bothered by a phone call at work and didn't have to risk driving there just for them to tell me they couldn't approve me. At the end of the day, I got a text from him saying that they had got me approved. I was shocked but still a little skeptical since other dealers have said that to me in the past. When I came in a couple days later, I was properly greeted at the front desk and was assisted by Luke. He was very humble and, being a younger lady, he did not make me feel intimidated in any way. In fact, I was at ease throughout the whole process. When all was finalized, I was put in a newer car with an exceptional rate and a monthly payment that I could not refuse. I don't know how they did it, but I can't thank them enough. When it was time to sign my papers I met with Shaune and it was a speedy end to my fantastic day.
