Originally went to Colonial Ford to service my 2005 Ford Explorer. But after dropping off my vehicle with their service department, I decided to look around to see the cars on their lot. On 2/24/21 I purchased a 2020 Ford Transit van. I was assisted by Veronica Swan. She was very helpful and made my wife and I feel comfortable in this transaction. We did not feel pressured or stressed as assisted by Veronica Swan. She was very helpful and made my wife and I feel comfortable in this transaction. We did not feel pressured or stressed as we have when purchasing vehicles in the past. She took the time to explain all the new gadgets that newer vehicles contain, and went out of her way to make sure this van would meet our needs towing a 17 foot travel trailer. Even though Colonial Ford in Plymouth is over 35 miles from my home, I look forward to my van being serviced by them, knowing Veronica Swan is there to assist with any problems and answer any questions I may have.
