Another grear buying experience Our second car purchase from Colonial. We live a good 40 minutes from the dealership and pass a few Ford dealers on the way to Plymouth but you can't Our second car purchase from Colonial. EVERYONE we meet there is friendly (David, Winston and Greg were really great) and you never get the feeling they are trying to upsell you or put you in a car they want but rather they work to find out what works best for you and your budget then come up with options for you to consider. Bought First Car-Great Experience I initially spoke to Dwight who was very kind and helpful. I scheduled a time to come in and meet with a salesman regarding a ford focus hatchback. I I initially spoke to Dwight who was very kind and helpful. I scheduled a time to come in and meet with a salesman regarding a ford focus hatchback. I was greeted by Winston and of course Dwight who were both super nice and quick to assist me. I was paired with George to show me the focus. He was great to work with and it felt like he really wanted us to get the best deal. Today I went to pick up my car, again greeted by Dwight(so welcoming!) and George had my car cleaned and ready for me. He even helped me connect my phone to the cars Bluetooth system! My husband even said that next time he buys a vehicle he wants to come here too! More

We were a little worried about driving 70 miles and finding a dealership that we were going to dislike. Upon arriving we were met by Dwight who put us in the care of Joe McNamara. Joe did all he could to make us feel welcome and applied no pressure. Once we had our agreed price Joe has us meet Greg Russell, the finance specialist.
