It was a "no-hassle", "no-pressure" transaction and I honestly feel that Colonial Ford makes every effort to work with its customers. My impression is that they strive for total customer satisfaction and at no time did I feel like I was not given the proper respect or treated unfairly. Like I've done before, I would have without hesitation left the dealership if I detected they were not willing to honor my considerations. An agreement on the purchase price was reached within a very reasonable amount of time less the usual drama typically encountered at most dealerships. Great for me! - I don't have the time or tolerance for that nonsense. Job well-done Colonial Ford!
