Good experience, except for the fact that Colonial did not contact my insurance company for validation until 9 days after I took the car home from the dealership. As a result I spent considerable time bac not contact my insurance company for validation until 9 days after I took the car home from the dealership. As a result I spent considerable time back-and-forth to the dealership to resolve the issue. Finally your salesman Noah stepped up and in twenty minutes he got results. I was pleased with the service done on my vehicle. There was some reluctance prior to the repair as the vehicle is a 30’ RV on a Ford chassis.
