I chatted with a rep online from a form a filled out and they asked me to come in and they could give me the most for my trade. I went in on Jan 2 and worked with Nemesio Sousa the rep who helped me. After some back & forth with his sales manager we were able to strike a good deal on a 2019 CR-V. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the process went and we will go back to get our future vehicles. Nemesio was relentless in making sure I didn’t walk out of the dealership without a deal. He was a true professional and he should be commended for his dedication. He filled up the tank, took off my plates and put them on the new suv and took the time to show me all the features. I felt comfortable driving the vehicle home because of his demonstrations of the CR-V. A+ experience all the way around. Even the finance manager was incredibly pleasant and not pushy which was a first for me in 30 years of buying vehicles. More
