I opened saying that I wanted a used CRV and gave her my price range. We found 4 cars that suited my needs, and then went out and inspected them. I made up my mind on which was the best for me and we took it for a test ride. The brakes were pulling and grinding, but the techs fixed that up the following morning. I took it for another test drive the next day and all was good in my book, so we talked price again. Andrea started with a price, I gave her a competitor's price, she talked to her manager and brought the price down and we shook on it. I had my own financing but their finance guy, Mike, was able to match it. Mike was a fast talker and tried upselling the warrenties. I know he was just doing his job, but I wasn't a huge fan. I did purchase the road hazard protection, so he was successful in selling me that hahah. They had the car ready to go in the time I was working out financing, transferred my plates, helped get my old car home, and even gave me half a tank of gas. It's day one with the car so I probably still have rose tinted glasses, but I'm happy overall putting myself 15.3k further into debt hahaha. More

Only down side was the communication could be better but it was good enough. More

EXCELLENT! I came into Colonial Honda at 1 pm and they had me set and out the door by 5 pm with all paperwork, registration, etc included. Back for more My boyfriend bought a new Ridgeline from Colonial Honda last November, so when it was time to check out a new car for me, Colonial was our first stop. My boyfriend bought a new Ridgeline from Colonial Honda last November, so when it was time to check out a new car for me, Colonial was our first stop. I was interested in a CR-V and a HR-V. Alex Alves showed me both vechicles and we test drove them. He did a great job of explaining the differences between the two vechicles and he was highly knowledgeable about both. I told him I'd think about it and get back to him in a few weeks. He checked in once or twice over the following week with no pressure. We got a price quote online with another dealership and they were super pushy and didn't work with me to understand my needs or schedule. Alex was so easy to work with and Colonial gave me a great price on my new HR-V! I'd highly recommend working with them. More
