Outstanding Sales and Service! This is my second car purchased from Colonial Honda. The main reason I decided to return to this dealer was due to the outstanding service department, This is my second car purchased from Colonial Honda. The main reason I decided to return to this dealer was due to the outstanding service department, in particular Rick, who has always been helpful, pleasant and professional. At a recent maintenance visit I decided to browse their new and used cars as I was considering Giving my daughter my old CRV.. I was unsure if I wanted new, used or what model I was interested in buying.. Thank God for Barry Otto! He was so patient with me as I wandered around test driving new and used cars. He couldn't do enough to help me decide on my choice. Even after I purchased a new CRV he took time to review all the vehicle features to be sure I understood how to operate them. I never felt pressured. Outstanding salesman. Now I have two reasons to return to this dealership! More

Ruined Car Seats We had our car towed to their service department to be inspected. We were very disappointed to see the leather seats were ruined while in their care. We had our car towed to their service department to be inspected. We were very disappointed to see the leather seats were ruined while in their care. It appears the windows were left down and rain filled up on the seats. We can only imagine that when it was discovered the service department did not clean up the water just closed the windows. My husband brought the ruin to the service departments attention and they said they would try to clean it. However, they have only left the seats feeling crusty. We are very disappointed in their care and are amazed that they think we would trust them to fix our car. Let alone pay them $3600 to do it. More

Awful Bought out a lease and received a call requesting that I bring the vehicle in for its plates. When I arrived, Sales Manager Lee Arouth informed me tha Bought out a lease and received a call requesting that I bring the vehicle in for its plates. When I arrived, Sales Manager Lee Arouth informed me that Colonial would not receive the title because we financed with an outside lender. He told me that I need to call Honda America, my lender, etc., an work it out on my own. After a day of running around and several unanswered calls to Mr. Arouth, I had the good fortune to speak with employee Paula Lima who informed me that the plates had been sitting on her desk all day. Mr Arouth's response to wasting my day, "You,re only as good as the people who work for you." Really? If that's the case, what's the GM waiting for? More
