Nemesio was very professional from the start of the transaction until the finish. He represents your dealership well. I would recommend him to my family and friends. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection sticker and had to wait more than one and a half hours. My time is valuable, and if it weren’t part of my sale, I would have gone elsewhere. When I test drove my vehicle, the tire light was on. Nemesio said the service department would take care of it. I had my SUV for just over a week and my tire light came back on. Same tire! I had a two inch nail in my tire. Your service department did nothing but put air in the tire to get the light to go out. They never checked the tire. I had it patched elsewhere. Again, I would recommend Nemesio because he did a fantastic job. I got what I wanted for my trade, and it worked out with the payments. Your service department leaves a lot to be desired. More
