I can’t tell if their service department is incompetent or just full of scammers from Frank down. The name of the game seems to be ignore problems (we can’t reproduce it) until it’s out of warranty or just or just full of scammers from Frank down. The name of the game seems to be ignore problems (we can’t reproduce it) until it’s out of warranty or just ignore recalls and scam a person into paying hundreds into thousands of dollars repairs that are not the recall. Either way my steering column would not allow my to turn my car off at all anymore. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it just stays locked on my key while I’m in park. I drive around, eventually it lets me turn car off. Except last night. I literally ran out of gas after trying to turn the car off for HOURS!! Do NOT BUY A VW!!! It’s the worst car I’ve ever owned. I can’t express how strongly people should avoid this place. More
