I have had wonderful experiences with the Service Department at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford. I have worked with Tom at the front desk who is always professional, extremely knowledgeable about Vol Department at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford. I have worked with Tom at the front desk who is always professional, extremely knowledgeable about Volkswagens, and is committed to making my service experience as pleasant as possible. The service technicians are excellent. When I leave the Service Department following an appointment, my car is in perfect driving condition. They even professionaly clean the interior and exterior so that my Volkswagen feels brand new. I have been driving for many years. My service appointments at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford are, by far, the finest I have ever experienced. More

Everyone I worked with was super friendly and helpful, Jay and George in particular. They helped me find the exact used car I wanted, and went out of their way to make sure every detail was as good as new Jay and George in particular.
