Everyone at the dealership has been incredibly accommodating. I had recently purchased this vehicle and got a notification to check my oil levels. I called the service center and they offered for accommodating. I had recently purchased this vehicle and got a notification to check my oil levels. I called the service center and they offered for me to come down and get my oil topped off. I spent less than 5 minutes there. They checked my oil level, filled it immediately and I was on my way. I scheduled an oil change and a tire replacement over 2 weeks ago with service. I rescheduled to the following week. When I got there day of service they did not have the tire in stock nor provided me with weeks ago with service. I rescheduled to the following week. When I got there day of service they did not have the tire in stock nor provided me with the pricing until mentioning that they did not have it in stock. I feel like my time was wasted. More

Negotiations were no hassle and fair, great communication pre-sale and organized delivery the day we picked up our new Taos. 2nd VW purchased fro .. Dealership is a bit further drive for us as we have a more local VW dealership, but worth the drive for their top service and they way they treat their customers.
