Service Dept is helpful and courtesy most of times. However, recently, I have had an issue with the new service rep Bill. First, he initially refused to do a routine brake oil service as it's clearly However, recently, I have had an issue with the new service rep Bill. First, he initially refused to do a routine brake oil service as it's clearly stated in the Extended Maintenance Care contract and VW manual documents when you need to do it. Back and forth as he checked with his manager and agreed later but said he agreed to it as a favor. Second visit, he refused to honor THEIR $20 coupon off alignment service over phone but then just few minutes later, he just deducted $20 off a bill when I showed up to pick up my car without saying anything. So many unpleasant conversations. More
