I was interested in trading in my 2007 GMC Sierra for a sedan not really knowing what I needed or even wanted. Figuring I would just be brushed off, like I was at other dealers. I went to colonial and was greeted by Pierre as soon as I walked in the dealer. He sat down with me and asked a series of questions that helped distinguish what I should be looking at in my price range. He went above and beyond to help me find a car I would enjoy and that would fit my lifestyle. And better Yet that I was comfortable with financially. I would highly recommend Pierre, Ray Hovsepian, Bill McGrath and the whole dealership to anyone no matter what vehicle your looking for. 100% will be returning for my next vehicle. Gina Martinez set my appointment to test drive (and yes the car was actually ready). Upon arrival, Ray Hovsepian (the Sales Manger) warmly greeted me. The Sales Adviser, Mike Ledowsky from the purchase of the car to the delivery was absolutely "flawless!" This gentleman answered my calls and replied to my texts even on his day, and or, scheduled time off. Mike is truly a one-of-a-kind absolute professional. Since my purchase, I've had a couple of routine service items needing to be addressed. Both Jon Lacey (the Service Adviser) and Billy McGrath (the Service Manager) literally jumped through hoops to remedy my service needs. This is my 3rd purchase from these folks! - Jim Lucido More

Not so impressed Although we had a 2:00 appointment and a cashier’s check in hand, Cal was not ready for us. Paperwork which he certainly could have printed out in adv Although we had a 2:00 appointment and a cashier’s check in hand, Cal was not ready for us. Paperwork which he certainly could have printed out in advance took a surprising amount of time, and THEN the car went into the queue to be cleaned. So although the transaction was an easy one, our time was clearly not viewed as valuable and it took more than 2 1/2 hours to complete the deal. In addition, having agreed to the BLue Book value of my 10 year old car, value was taken off for things that were to be expected in a car of this age (pitted bumpers, really?). I am happy with my “new” car, but not so impressed with the Customer Service. More

She was super responsive and we scheduled a time for me to come the 1.5 hours. When I arrived, Rebecca had not communicated my appointment to the sale staff AND the car was buried in snow and unavailable for me to see or test drive. Joe was great and let me drive a similar vehicle and scheduled a time for me to come back once he dug out the car. I emailed Rebecca with my frustration and never heard back from her. More

Honest and timely! This was for a factory recall repair and I thought I might need additional srevice and had lined that up. However, my contact- Jon Lacey, pointed out that my car was in good standing and that I should save my money and bring the car back in for service, separate from the no cost factory repair. It was a nice, honest gesture and greatly appreciated, especially during holiday season when we need the extra money for presents for the family!!! More
