Went in for a TSB on a month old ID.4. My only complaint was that they didn't have a loaner available for the day and it took a while for the shuttle to be available to take me home. Annoying but not enough was that they didn't have a loaner available for the day and it took a while for the shuttle to be available to take me home. Annoying but not enough to take away a star. There will be a follow up to also replace a misaligned panel and I'm expecting to have a similar experience. More
