I almost didn’t buy the car because of the first sales rep chadi he was very unprofessional and couldn’t answer my questions that I had regarding the loan or about the car, he clearly doesn’t know what he rep chadi he was very unprofessional and couldn’t answer my questions that I had regarding the loan or about the car, he clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about when it comes to anything in sales. He was also dressed very unprofessional and was overall very rude so I walked out of the deal and left, I gave the dealership a second chance after speaking with Gina the next day and explaining what happened. Gina put me with a different sales rep Julianne, she was the absolute best she was able to answer any questions I had about anything and everything and she was very nice and very professional, if it wasn’t for her I would not have bought the car. She took the time to explain and show me everything with the car and everything she did was just above and beyond and it made for a great experience and if I were to buy another car from this dealership it will be through her and her only. Also Derek worked with me to make things right after the horrible experience I had with chadi. So a big thank you to Julianne, Gina, and Derek. More

No Call Back Called to inquire about a VW Touareg they advertised on AutoTrader at 11am on 2/8/2020. It took 8+ rings before a fellow picked up the phone and he as Called to inquire about a VW Touareg they advertised on AutoTrader at 11am on 2/8/2020. It took 8+ rings before a fellow picked up the phone and he asked how he could direct the call. I explained I wanted information on a used VW advertised on AutoTrader and he said he'd put me right through to "Gina" who would be happy to assist me. Gina answered and right after I finished telling her the reason for my call she said "I'm sorry could I put you on hold for a minute?" I said fine. She got back on the call about two long minutes later and I repeated my introduction and gave her the stock number of the car I wanted information on. She then asked for my name and said she would check availability and give me a call right back.. She never called back and it is now 3:54 pm. Now, mistakes happen - it could be a very busy February Saturday at the dealership and/or she may have misplaced my contact information and/or what car I was interested in. But, that's my experience with the dealership and its not a good one. There are too many places to buy cars nowadays to put up with subpar service and I don't particularly care to listen to excuses or apologies. More
