However, the delivery of the vehicle was troublesome - first, the brand new car was delivered with scratches, which were not his way to accommodate. I had to call and ask because I was not notified with the car arrived. A day after picking up the second car, I noticed a crack on the tail lite, which resulted in another two weeks of emails and texts to arrange for a replacement. While every one was very nice and, once reached, appeared very accommodating, I was constantly pushing the process and feel that it the car pick up and tail light replacement took far longer than it should have. Finally, it has now been a month and a half and I still had not received a statement and the financial application got delayed. More
