The staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they said it would take 2 hours, and it took 2 hours. I also asked them to go out of their way, (applying some anti seize to the Most importantly, they said it would take 2 hours, and it took 2 hours. I also asked them to go out of their way, (applying some anti seize to the brake rotor locator screws), and they did so without charge even though it meant removing the wheels. (Background: Jetta SE at 10k oil change, under service agreement). The place is alright to spend time in, and they've got free coffee. If you _have_ to go to a garage you could do much worse. More
