The actual work was terrific. Their Phaeton certified tech was very persistent in finishing a very difficult repair. He went above and beyond to educate me on the car buying process from beginning to end. He even stayed late to make sure I was able to complete all of the paperwork asap. Shaun made sure my car was 100% ready and good to go on the day of pick up. In addition, Mike Pender was extremely helpful in educating me on financing my auto loan through a credit union and selecting the lowest interest rate possible. Mike continued to negotiate with the credit union and got my rate down half a point. I really appreciate the customer service I received at Colonial VW. I will definitely be back for all of my service needs. Would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Colonial. More
