Seamless vehicle purchase Purchase price was sorted out over the phone in less than 30 minutes (late on a Tuesday). I paid a $100.00 deposit (over the phone, via CC) to hold the vehicle. Went to the dealership the next day (Wednesday) to formalize the sale. Signed all paperwork (purchase and financing) and made the real down payment. Was in and out in less than 2 hours. Agreed to pick the vehicle up on Saturday morning (Colonial dealt with having a Rhino Liner installed in the truck). Was in and out in about an hour. Walter was incredibly easy to deal with, knowledgeable, respectful, great communication skills. More

Terry was amazing and helped me immeasurably. His knowledge base helped me find the right truck, and he was, at one and the same time, extremely patient with a long process and constantly working to find the right truck. It didn't hurt that Terry is so personable and upbeat... he really helped me to remain confident and excited about the new purchase at every step of the process.
