We drove 90 minutes to test drive the Kia Sportage Hybrid here as no dealerships near me had the car available, nor would they help me get one. I drove home in my new Kia! Financing was easy and straightforward. Follow up has been timely and also super friendly. Great communication across the board. It will be well worth it to drive down there again for the included services. The whole experience was positive and well above any expectations. Well done Columbia Ford Kia team! Horrible horrible experience. They sell me. Brand new Ford Escape that already needs an entire cylinder head replaced. Was told that oil change was done & a flush to get rid of me They sell me. Brand new Ford Escape that already needs an entire cylinder head replaced. Was told that oil change was done & a flush to get rid of metal shavings supposedly left from manufacturer, & then after another breakdown on highway told at another dealer that the master-technician believes no work was ever done on vehicle. I have now purchased one car with a trade in and leased another within the last year.
