This information helps me schedule out my car maintenance which is incredibly useful as a college student with a tight budget. TJ is incredibly friendly. I'm not sure how many times I've been in to Honda for service, but he always greets me by name as I walk through the door. TJ is always busy, but still finds the time to calmly explain what is going on and answer any questions I have. All in all, TJ is my go to for anything service related at Honda. More

Helpful and personable I went into Honda wanting to look at a specific car. I wanted to check out a CR-V I had seen online. A guy named Arthur helped me and he went out and I went into Honda wanting to look at a specific car. I wanted to check out a CR-V I had seen online. A guy named Arthur helped me and he went out and found the car within 5 minutes of walking in. when he drove it up to the front he asked if I wanted to take a test drive. The car was great. The entire time I was looking at it, I felt no pressure to buy. He told me about the features and the great 1.99 interest rate I qualified for. At the end of the day, he was very personable and helpful. I love my new car and I enjoyed working with Arthur at the store. More

My new CRV & me After searching for a year and a half for the perfect automobile, I decided to purchase a Honda CR-V. I choose Columba Honda as my new dealership. After searching for a year and a half for the perfect automobile, I decided to purchase a Honda CR-V. I choose Columba Honda as my new dealership. I started my experience on their website and was assigned to Alan Nichols. I met with him and test drove a vehicle. He was new to the dealership but did a very good job on his sales proposal. He was still getting adjusted to the new dealership, but was up front with me about that and I appreciated his honesty. I worked a deal with him to purchase my new vehicle and am very happy with my purchase. One thing that didn't go as I had hoped was that I would have liked to review the purchase order the day before I picked up the vehicle. Alan tried to get that done for me but the financial person was busy and didn't get it done. My new car wasn't quite ready for me to pick up the day that we had scheduled and I had to wait over an hour to get it. But I am overall very pleased with my experience and would recommend Columbia Honda and Alan Nichols to my friends and family. More
