My sales person, Brandon Jones, was great! He's relatively new to car sales, but he was so relaxed, and he was very prepared, knowing a lot about the vehicle. If he didn't know, he would ask, and that was so refreshing to those guys who blow smoke! After I took possession of the vehicle, we noticed a small scratch from transport. I let them know, and they said bring it back in, we'll make it right! No harassment, no balking at fault (although it was pretty obvious from where it was located).
