I get consistently great service. This visit, my usual service adviser, T.J. was out. Michele very capably and personably took over. Multiple issues were identified some of which could have caused actual problems, and others that will optimize performance and comfort. The courtesy van driver, this time as always, was great. Having this service is really important to me. And I enjoy the visits with the drivers and often other customers.
